HEALTH WARNING
During your practise remember that you are responsible for the health of your own body. Work at a slow pace and learn to do each exercise correctly. Please wear appropriate clothing and use a Yoga mat for your practise. During practise if you feel unwell or something is painful, STOP. If you are suffering from any medical complaints, illnesses, injurys, undergoing medical treatment, or taking medication, then you must consult with your doctor before beginning this Yoga Programme. It is important that you check first to see if it is safe for you to practise.
DO NOT EXERCISE
If you are feeling unwell, as it is counter productive. If you have eaten a heavy meal in the past two hours. If you have taken pain killers, as it will mask any warning pains. If you are pregnant. Although many Yoga exercises are fine during pregnancy I cannot reccommend that you follow them as I have not devised this programme with pregnancy in mind.
